Lead iOS Engineer

We believe shopping online should feel like going for a walk in a bustling city with your favorite outfit on. Adventurous, lively and authentic. We are building a world class mobile video shopping experience, starting with short fashion videos and the social layer.

We are a lean & mean team of 2 (a yogi and a robotics phd). We are headquartered in sunny Los Angeles.

We are looking for a fast iOS engineer with 3+ years of iOS experience to lead the development of the product.

• You're bored of making the same old UICollectionViews.
• You've shipped apps to the App Store by yourself.
• You hate red tape of medium/big company. Shipping fast brings you to life.
• You thrive in ambiguity and lack of structure.
• You're excited about building fancy interactions + interfaces (custom gestures + swipable modules).
  

About This Role

• Swift.
• You're good at animation, run loop management and optimizing performance.
• Apple App Store deployment expert.
• Can iterate through product features rapidly.
• You've made and shipped an iOS app from scratch before.
• (Optional) You've designed & coded mobile games.
• (Optional) Web development experience.
• (Optional) Backend / rails experience.
• (Optional) Experience in e-commerce or video.
• (Optional) can dabble in Figma.
