Lead Software QA

Responsibilities

  • Work with remote groups such as Client Technology, other Client product teams, and or departments to gather and document testing requirements from the business.
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products in collaboration with product team.
  • Coordinates product testing processes and participates in product testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; facilitates solutions to these issues.
  • Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
  • Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting test plans.
  • Conforms to standards, processes, and policies. Applies global process standards to regional technology solutions.
  • Participates in development of project testing plan/timeline. Provides input into project mgmt.
  • Communicates testing status to mgmt. Participates in change management at department and end user level.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of best-at SAP business process for production planning, demand/capacity planning and advanced planning solutions.
  • Proven experience with SAP ECC PP module and master data required. Experience in SAP IBP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business and operational processes related to Apparel/Footwear end-2-end product value chain and development processes, Innovation through Direct Manufacturing.
  • Advanced understanding of the Agile and Product principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
  • Effective collaboration and relationship management
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
  • Direct experience in a multi-site Manufacturing Environment.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
