The Leasing Renewal Manager is responsible for requirements along with communicating the goals, policies, and procedures of the company. Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)
Responsible for assisting to maintain the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with the owner’s objectives.
Handles properties renewal accounts with calls, emails, and/or letters.
Responsible for providing residents, prospective residents, guests, vendors, and business partners with appropriate information and resources.
Responsible for data input, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and coordinating direct mailings.
Assists management with special projects, administrative tasks, etc.
Assists management to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Assists management to ensure performance for duties on a timely basis.
1 year of leadership experience in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.
A goal-oriented individual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that set you apart from the competition.
Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team setting.
Ability to create relationships and partnerships with businesses and employers in the market.
Customer focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Property Management Software system(s). Entrata preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Valid Driver's License with Auto Insurance.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
