Library Media Technician - Elementary - 6 hrs/day (Joyce/PC#250754)
Position Summary: Performs clerical library duties in a school library, facilitating student access to materials, reference, and search resources. Maintains the library in proper condition to facilitate use by teachers, classes, and individual students.

Work Year: 186 work days/year
Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $21.50 - $28.46 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Joyce Elementary
Hours: 6 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and post high school library science curriculum supplemented with one year of experience in a library or similar instructional support setting.
Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver's license.
