Pay Information $70 to $80 per hour About The Position A healthcare practice in Ohio is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide family medicine services at two locations located 2 miles apart. This assignment has a fast credentialing process, no call requirements, and a fully outpatient schedule.

Average volume of 8-12 PPD Patient panel is aged 5 years and up Support from LPNs is provided

Charting: Epic

Scheduling

Assignment begins in July and extends through December Thursdays: 6 AM - 11:30 AM

Friday: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

No call requirements

Cases And Procedures

Cases include Primary Care (upper respiratory tract infection, hypertension, routine health maintenance, arthritis, diabetes, etc.), preventative health, and medication dispensing In-person and telehealth consultations provided

Qualifications

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

BLS and DEA certifications required
