We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Management Consultant to join our team full-time. The Logistics Management Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, implementing logistics solutions, and driving operational excellence for our clients.

- Logistics Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' logistics operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and distribution networks.
- Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs through route optimization, carrier negotiation, and inventory management techniques.
- Inventory Management: Advise on inventory control strategies, including JIT (Just-in-Time) inventory, safety stock levels, and warehouse layout optimization.
- Transportation Management: Optimize transportation modes (road, rail, air, sea) based on cost, speed, and reliability considerations.
- Warehouse Operations: Improve warehouse layout, storage methods, and material handling processes to maximize efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Technology Integration: Recommend and implement logistics management software solutions (e.g., TMS, WMS) to streamline operations and improve visibility.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and carriers to improve coordination, on-time delivery performance, and overall logistics reliability.
- Risk Management: Identify logistics-related risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to supply chain operations.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice and strategic recommendations to clients on logistics management best practices and industry trends.
