Our fast-growing e-commerce business is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Logistics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain, helping to support our growth and maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all inbound freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee offsite storage arrangements, ensuring proper inventory management and tracking.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, receiving, and storage
• Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures.
• Oversee regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, inbound freight, and logistics performance.
• Oversee a team of 6-10 people. 

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
