We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise our logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business operations and enhance efficiency.
Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and monitor their performance to ensure service excellence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve logistics processes.
Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with logistics software and technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French or another language is a strong asset.
