Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing and shipping all product within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Process international shipments via FedEx, UPS and Yusen
• Coordinate freight shipments with 3PL carriers
• Receive incoming shipments and process all documentation within internal systems
• Process stock entries and adjustments
• Manage hazardous material shipments, as needed
• Physical shipping and receiving of packages
• Customs Documentation
• Retrieving/signing for parts orders
• Assist in projects related to continuous operational improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior logistics experience
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work cross functionally
• Prior hazardous materials shipping experience a plus
• Prior experience working with technical or automation products a plus
