Job Description: The Content Manager supports the Vice President of Marketing in execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels across the internal portfolio. We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent creative writing skills. As a member of the creative team, our Content Manager copywriter will create content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media. Thorough research will be required to understand each individual property’s brand, unique products/services, and marketing goals.




Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Understand and execute the unique brand voice of individual properties.

  • Create content for paid search, social, video and display. Platforms include Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Linkedin.
  • Concept and create engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.
  • Act as go-to for pricing updates across website, ILS and paid channels.
  • Draft and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
  • Build emails through hy.ly CRM system.
  • Provide verbiage for internal communications, signage, and B2B materials.
  • Understand the property’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, and in-person meetings.
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
  • Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action.


  • Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years professional content development experience with solid portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional writing and research skill.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
