Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with high-net-worth clients to understand their luxury travel preferences, interests, and lifestyle requirements
• Design custom-tailored travel itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, private transportation, exclusive experiences, and VIP services
• Utilize your expertise in luxury travel trends and destinations to recommend unique and culturally enriching experiences that align with client preferences
• Coordinate all aspects of the travel planning process, including booking luxury hotels, private villas, private jet charters, yacht charters, and bespoke tours
• Negotiate with luxury travel suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, private guides, and concierge services, to secure preferred rates, upgrades, and amenities for clients
• Provide personalized concierge services, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, private shopping experiences, and access to exclusive events and venues
• Stay updated on emerging luxury travel destinations, new luxury properties, and VIP experiences to offer clients the latest and most exclusive travel options
• Handle all travel-related documentation and logistics, including visas, travel insurance, and transportation arrangements, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience for clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout their journey, providing 24/7 support and assistance in case of emergencies or unexpected changes
