Maintenance Supervisor

Foster Lawson are currently partnered with a $2B Food & Beverage player who are looking to strengthen their Maintenance team on 3rd shift at a state-of-the-art Beverage facility in Columbus, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Maintenance within a Food & Beverage environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the maintenance team
• Ensure the safe behaviors and safety compliance of the crews
• Ensure work orders are being completed timely and thoroughly
• Manage employee schedules (vacations, shift coverage, training, etc.)
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor/contractor work
• Track and manage key performance indicators for area of responsibility
• Reduce downtime of the equipment and the cost of repairs by providing knowledge and working with or directing skilled trades, other maintenance supervision, and engineering
• Provide input and justification for the annual department budgets for maintenance requirements
• Lead problem solving, troubleshoot issues, and initiate the acquisition of additional resources as appropriate
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service team

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Maintenance experience in Food & Beverage
• 3+ years of experience leading a Maintenance team
