Foster Lawson are currently partnered with a $2B Food & Beverage player who are looking to strengthen their Maintenance team on 3rd shift at a state-of-the-art Beverage facility in Columbus, Ohio.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Maintenance within a Food & Beverage environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the maintenance team
Ensure the safe behaviors and safety compliance of the crews
Ensure work orders are being completed timely and thoroughly
Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor/contractor work
Track and manage key performance indicators for area of responsibility
Reduce downtime of the equipment and the cost of repairs by providing knowledge and working with or directing skilled trades, other maintenance supervision, and engineering
Provide input and justification for the annual department budgets for maintenance requirements
Lead problem solving, troubleshoot issues, and initiate the acquisition of additional resources as appropriate
Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service team
Qualifications:
7+ years of Maintenance experience in Food & Beverage
3+ years of experience leading a Maintenance team
