Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Auburn, Indiana (USA)

Industry: Automotive

Shift: Off Shift (afternoon/night shift)

Pay Rate: Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits! (work with 70k- 80k)

Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Qualifications

  • +5 years’ experience working in the maintenance department
  • Understanding of OSHA / Environmental laws and regulations for Indiana.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, PLCs, metal fabrication, and industrial machinery – experience with robotics and automation is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to identify the root causes of accidents and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively presenting facts and recommendations both verbally and in writing.
