What You'll Do
As the Manager of Consumer Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end order process. From ensuring timely order processing to accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to seamlessly execute customer orders and align with company objectives.
Apply your logistics expertise to anticipate potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Drive strategic decision-making that considers both organizational goals and customer needs, fostering continuous improvement in our logistics processes.
What You Need
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain roles will also be considered.
Experience in industries like Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
Proficiency in using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) to drive internal discussions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
