The Manager of Farm Programming is responsible for the overall programmatic success of the farm, including management of all staff. The Manager will create a welcoming environment that promotes community health, education, and engagement. The Manager will initiate and manage programs such as the collaborative Farm Share (CSA), produce-to-patients, and clinically integrated programs with health system partners as well as external community health programs.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree, preferred degrees in business administration, agriculture or public health preferred.
Minimum: 2 years of experience with managing complex programs, including sustainable agriculture and public health.
Minimum: Strong leadership experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and schedules; preferred strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture.
Familiarity with windows based systems including email, e-learning, intranet and computer navigation.
What you will do:
Independently design and deliver year-round, meaningful education programming, including health-related cooking classes, summer camp, field trips, and workshops.
Design and deliver curricula and materials that employ current best practices and education standards for a wide range of students including youth, patients, community members, physicians, and health care professionals.
Design, create, and maintain spaces at McLaughlin Grows Urban Farm to promote engagement and education.
Provide leadership and support to experiential education community and support community partners in regional health improvement initiatives.
Creates and delivers training staff and interns to deliver programs.
