About The Manager of Client Success Opportunity

Employee Benefits International (EBI) is currently seeking a Manager of Client Success who will be responsible for contributing to the company’s growth by spearheading transformative change within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits, with demonstrated success as a seasoned leader with the ability to lead, manage, and hold team members accountable while maintaining positive relationships and embracing a collaborative work environment. You'll streamline operations and enhance efficiency, remove unnecessary obstacles, and integrate major functions of the business. As a self-driven, natural project manager, you'll utilize your strategic thinking to translate ideas into the functional plans of the business, ensuring a seamless alignment of vision and execution. As the Manager of Client Success, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, develop strategic client relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of our services. Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and insurance

Bachelor's degree or higher

Proven ability to develop and motivate others in a dynamic business environment.

Prior management experience (highly preferred)

Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
