Our platform is compliant and accessible to everyone, making it easy for anyone to launch and scale a direct-to-consumer telehealth business.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing analytical and customer support, as well as outstanding communication and customer service.


Qualifications

  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and determine customer retention opportunities
  • Experience in customer retention, account management, and communication
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
