Our client - Small Private EPC Engineering Firm serving heavy industrial clients with large national and global projects. Full backlog through 2026.

Job Role - Manager of I&C

Responsibilities

• Manages all I&C Engineering staff and projects
• Ensures all designs meet firm and wider technical and design standards, codes, and requirements
• Coordinates and leads multidisciplinary teams
• Delivers projects on-time and within budget
• Supports Project Management Office in client meetings
• Manages department staffing and training, budget, and resources
• In-person and remotely liaise with plant staff and construction team on national and global projects
• Provides reports and estimates to the leadership team
• Supports proposal efforts
• Travel to sites as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in a management role
• 15+ years of engineering experience in relevant industries (chemical, fertilizer, refining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical)
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Strong working knowledge of industrial control process systems (i.e. Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa)
• Digital and analog control experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
