Our team is growing and we’re seeking a Total Rewards Compensation/Benefits Manager to drive our compensation and benefits initiatives; including health, wellness, engagement, pay and retirement programs to ensure attraction and retention of top talent.

In This Exciting New Role, You’ll

  • Evaluate, compare, recommend and design CCMC compensation, benefits and recognition programs
  • Provide appropriate guidance and ensure legal compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation, retirement and benefits programs
  • Lead the process for annual merit awards, performance bonuses and the creation of employee total rewards statements
  • Implement compliance controls for job descriptions, job classifications, FLSA status, etc.
  • Ensure effective handling of FMLA and leave of absence requests, disability claims and ADA considerations
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with benefit brokers and related vendors
  • Manage completion of 5500s, 401k non-discrimination testing and legislative requirements
  • Automate and optimize processes to improve our employee journey
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of total rewards experience including compensation and benefits
  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
  • Strong HRIS experience is required (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Experience with self-insured medical coverage highly preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
  • Multi-state benefits and compensation experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times
