Manager Transaction Advisory Services

Ascendo has partnered with a local firm hiring a Senior Manager within their TAS group. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Buy/Sell Side- due diligence/consequences of tax transactions
• Tax Corporate law/and transaction exp (ideally within a law firm)
• Net capital adjustments
• Earn out calculations
• CPA, JD preferred

• 36 hours per week during non-busy season
• Annual standard of living increases for all employees
• During busy season, time and half pay for anything over 60 hours worked
