Our transaction services professionals advise clients in connection with executing acquisitions, divestitures, and other investments. Our professionals evaluate targets’ quality of earnings, analyze cash flows, assess the quality of net working capital, identify debt-like items, identify and analyze key business drivers, review forecasts, and conduct in-depth discussions with targets’ senior management teams and business advisors.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager on the Transaction Advisory Services team. The Manager will be responsible for managing financial due diligence engagements, creating quality of earnings and net working capital analyses, ensuring work meets or exceeds clients’ expectations, and providing other insightful analysis and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in transaction advisory services (Big-4 experience strongly preferred)
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) certification or foreign equivalent preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of business, finance, accounting and economics principles
  • Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience in financial due diligence or related activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
