We are searching for a Manager to focus on Warehouse Management Systems implementations, improvements, and upgrades. This position will primarily support Korber Warehouse Advantage – so experience with that solution is preferred, but with the right candidate, not required. The job responsibilities will focus around leading WMS Projects, with influence being placed on strategic guidance, solution architecting, recommending best practices, and integration into the customers’ supply chain ecosystem. The Manager will also guide the day-to-day activities of the team including but not limited to, strictly managing project budget, development efforts of Consultants, setting expectations and reviewing deliverables, and working closely with the Project Director to ensure all deliverables are met while high quality, successful solutions are delivered. Internally, the job responsibilities also include supporting and managing associate growth through collaboration and goal setting with direct reports and participating in internal status meetings.


What you will do:

  • Lead functional and technical workshops with clients, designing warehouse processes within Warehouse Management System and integrating them with ERP and MHE systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project communications, status updates, steering committee updates, and daily client interactions
  • Design processes using industry best practices, aligning them with client needs
  • Coach and mentor enVista’s supply chain consultants on the functional capabilities and technical configuration of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Perform analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits
  • Prepare and evaluate project plans and documentation
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and assist in the configuration and implementation of the software system
  • Maintain the project schedule and budget
  • Maintain accurate associate utilization and budgetary forecasts
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client needs
  • Travel to client sites for solution delivery as required


What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional industry experience; previous Project Management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Warehouse Management Systems Consulting, Development, Configuration, and Setup
  • Körber Certification (Associate, Professional, and/or Practitioner) is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Proven track record of strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
  • Expected travel time: Up to 50%
  • This role may be based remotely anywhere in the United States
