We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who excels at project work and is ready to take on an exciting and demanding assignment. Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and identity variants and deviations
- Gather data and quality issues to make determinations on inconsistencies
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), instructions, and visual aids, to ensure consistency and compliance
- Utilize GD&T to convey information about designs, eliminate discrepancies, and minimize ambiguity
- Ensure accuracy to decrease waste, improve quality, and reduce cost
- Communicate errors to revise plans to reflect findings
- Available for project work, have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and ability in process engineering disciplines and GD&T
- Significant experience reading blueprints, comparing data, and identifying discrepancies
- Ability to problem-solve issues, develop corrective actions, and communicate clearly
- Solid understanding of tooling and PFEP
- Good written and oral communication skills, and skilled at using MS Office
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
