JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A great opportunity for a Plant Manager.
This role will be leading production activities, including:
Overseeing all manufacturing, shipping/yard, dispatch, trucking, and customer service operations.
Leading safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on employee engagement.
Driving positive results, operating within budget, achieving KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in a managerial or higher level role within a manufacturing environment is required.
In-depth experience with current manufacturing techniques, including safety, quality processes, and continuous improvement methodologies required.
Proven leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization required
