Summary:  The Marketing Coordinator is a vital part of our company's daily operations. This role successfully communicates with our future & existing customers about our services.

You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 


We work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for candidates that are comfortable with the following:

Detail of Known Tasks:


  • Social Media Management
  • Content Creation or Organization w/ Graphic Design
  • Content Posting to all Platforms
  • Engagement on all Platforms
  • Research & implementation of best practices
  • Implementation of strategies per platform


  • Public Relations Management
  • Crafting and distributing press releases
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Managing PR campaigns and tracking their success
  • Organizing press conferences and media events
  • Handling crisis communications
  • Creating compelling content for media pitches and features


  • Email Marketing
  • Tag, List and Segment set up & organization
  • Email templates
  • Writing & sending/scheduling of recurring newsletters
  • Writing & automating sales drip campaigns 
  • Writing & automating of customer service drip campaigns
  • Sales campaign & nurture campaign implementation
  • Email list growth strategy & implementation


  • Analytics + Client Management
  • Always looking for ways to increase communication and engagement with our customers and clients
  • Creating plans and programs to dazzle them and increase customer retention and participation. 
  • Organize project tasks, collect information, set timelines for completion of required tasks, and see projects through to completion.
  • Conduct quality control over all products and communications.
  • Ensure legal and compliance requirements are met for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Regularly interface with clients.
  • Ensure all KPIs are being effectively tracked & reported for all marketing initiatives.
  • Perform various other duties from time to time to support Company business objectives.
  • Actively assist in the acquisition of potential new clients for the firm.


  • Marketing Operations
  • Creating SOPs for marketing processes
  • Setting up automations for ongoing marketing processes
  • Creating email scripts and templates for recurring communications



Ideal Candidates

  • Experienced with Social Media, Public Relations, Email Marketing, and Website copywriting. 
  • Driven to complete tasks and able to ‘figure things out’ when needed. 
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands and the visuals required to support them.
  • ‘Gets’ our target customer & clients, their pain points, dreams and desires and how we can best serve them to produce their desired results
  •  Is able to predict what will be needed to successfully make a new project achieve the goals applied to it, as well as enjoy optimizing daily tasks to produce new results for customers. 
  • Is a self-starter who is able to work autonomously to bring new ideas and projects to life quickly. 
  • Able to manage up - aka manage the CEO
  • Great at time management, self-management, and communication. 
  • Flexible, Detail oriented, enthusiastic, thoughtful, grounded



Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years of Experience
  • Organized, Detail Oriented & Coachable 
  • Excited to learn new things, have big responsibilities & ownership
  • Project management experience
  • Google Suite fluency
  • Canva, Adobe or Photoshop knowledge
  • Marketing Platform knowledge (Sprout, Later, etc)
  • Able to create systems and make things more efficient
  • Self-starter and resourceful
  • Eager to be part of a start-up and make a significant contribution
  • Excited for each day to be different
  • Fluent in English
  • Access to high-speed internet, computer, and mobile phone
