TownSq is a modern API platform with integrated tools and processes created for the homeowners’ association (HOA) management industry. Our portfolio of flexible mobile and web applications and professional services are designed for homeowners, board members, and management company leaders. With a mission to empower HOAs and management teams, TownSq delivers scalable solutions that streamline operations and communications so residents can focus on community living.

JOB SUMMARY:

The TownSq marketing department is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will own, administer, and optimize our digital operations processes and technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, and other MarTech tools) for our suite of digital products and services, to drive business results. The ideal candidate has a passion for data and marketing, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and is committed to helping drive measurable results. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure technology and automation are integrated and deployed effectively, tools are optimized, data is properly tracked, and operations run seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Manage and administer marketing automation in Pardot and Salesforce
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they’re high-quality and completed on time and within budget
  • Own tools and processes to deliver efficiencies in campaign and lead management to improve how marketing-generated leads are progressed through the funnel for optimized conversion
  • Own overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and marketing performance reporting
  • Manage data and analytics
  • Partner with internal marketing and sales teams on lead-flow initiatives that impact development efforts
  • Work with sales, implementation, client success, and billing teams to ensure seamless handoff through full client onboarding cycle
  • Conduct regular campaign ROI analysis and provide insights to executive-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing team members on strategy, landing pages, distribution processes, and campaign testing
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to build out workflows and automation for product-led growth campaigns
  • Work closely with the billing team to manage properties within Salesforce and maintain a clean and efficient database

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in marketing automation systems and process design
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Pardot and marketing technology trends
  • Ample Salesforce experience
  • Experience in data and analytics, including database set-up and clean-up, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting
  • Skilled in designing workflow strategies and processes
