Pay Range: $32.85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

​

• The Client Target Engagement Team is seeking a freelance proofreader/editor.
• This person will act as our “Marketing Reviewer” for all communication that is released externally to our customers, including digital advertising, social media posts, emails, website landing pages, brochures, customer videos/testimonials, sell sheets, etc.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Participate in a 2-3 hour on-line training to get acquainted with Veeva Promomats, our internal document approval system/process that ensures all communication has Legal, Compliance and Marketing review. Person with Veeva PromoMats tool experience is desirable.
• Daily collaboration on reviews and approvals via email with Marcom Project Managers and online via the Veeva PromoMats system.
• Track time spent by project name and asset name and provide a summary to the Marketing Communications Director weekly.​
