Master Scheduler

BGSF is seeking a direct hire Master Scheduler for our manufacturing client located in Stratford!

• Direct Hire
• Onsite with possible flexibility
• $110,000 - $125,000, DOE + bonus
• Targeted start date is early July
• Monday – Friday, 7/800am – 400pm, flexible for a work week up to 50 hours
• Requires 5+ years supply chain and 2+ years management experience in the manufacturing industry – raw materials/plastic components; MS Office/advanced Excel (pivot tables and vlookups); 4-year degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business; KPI implementation; performance tracking; multiple vendor management; purchase and work order release; production environment/on floor as needed

The Master Scheduler position will lead a global team of Planners and Schedulers, and will be responsible for converting the unconstrained demand plan into a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the company's manufacturing site or purchasing plan, while delivering service level targets at the agreed inventory investment.
