Medical Collections Specialist’s Responsibilities
Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid Radiology claims.
Send letters of appeal for denied claims.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Medical Collections Specialist’s Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Three (3) years of medical denial management, government, commercial, and managed care insurance, and personal collections experience is required.
Three (3) years of experience with Medical Denials is required.
Profound knowledge of collection techniques and billing procedures is highly recommended.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This position is remote where you can have the opportunity to work from home and avoid heavy traffic on the way to work.
