Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse LPN Outpatient, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized services to primary health care patients and managing their physical and behavioral health care needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Medication Clinic Operations
Planning, organizing, and coordinating the medication clinic
Reviewing medication education sheets with clients
Acting as a case manager for consumers needing medication refills
Completing necessary documentation for consumer records
Other Duties Include
Administering IM medication and dispensing sample medications
Managing medication orders and deliveries
Assisting with prior authorizations
Conducting vital signs and coordinating screenings
Requirements
High School/GED required
Practical Nursing certificate required
LPN or GPN licensure required (must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation)
