This is a hybrid position with in office days in our corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA.

Contribute to the profitability and growth of Fulton Merchant Services by building, developing, and managing new and existing client relationships through portfolio management and analysis.

  • Responds to incoming requests for proposals and manages the proposal process by analyzing client data to make recommendations on the best possible products and services.
  • Consults and coordinates with sales officers on presales planning activities by performing data analysis on clients and providing client information as it pertains to account transaction and product history.
  • Conducts Merchant portfolio reviews and trend analysis. Generates industry and market analysis reports. Monitors and evaluates the merchant portfolio for performance trends. Reviews and update Merchant systems information to ensure accuracy.
  • Assists sales team in achieving sales results and portfolio growth. Partners with sales team to increase overall sales performance by identifying sales opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Engages in ongoing direct dialogue with clients focusing on the merchant relationship.
  • Assists in an effective onboarding process including working with outside sales, clients, and advisors throughout the sales and implementation process. Acts as liaison with vendors and internal departments. Ensures Merchant accounts are booked as approved.
  • Responds to customer inquiries on internal products, services, and credit card processing activities for the industry.


Required Education

Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty Business or related.

Required Experience

2 or more years merchant, business, banking or related experience.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.89 - $29.86.
