Responsibilities

• Work with hourly personnel on process improvement
• Troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes and lead guidance on improvements
• Monitor effectiveness of processes by analyzing product and implementing best practices
• Responsibilities specific to assigned department

Requirements

• BS Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or similar
• Experience from a steelmaking or aluminum environment
• strong communication skills required
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
