Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time Email Administrator for a Government client in Washington, District of Columbia.


Note: Public Trust Clearance Required, *MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.*

Required Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

Location: Onsite, DCF Location


Responsibilities:

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities associated with the administration of electronic messaging (Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online (e-mail), instant messaging, MS Teams, and WebEx server environments.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
  • Have at least four (4) years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange, Intune, and domain administration functions
  • Experience providing wide range of administrative tasks including maintaining server, hardware and software installations, modifications and upgrades, data backups and restores, e-mail recovery and tracking, data management, PDA messaging, recommending, and performing e-mail system upgrades and enhancements to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability, spam filter management and encryption and load balancing.
