Job Opportunity: Mortgage Advisor
As a Mortgage Advisor with us, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of everyday people by offering innovative digital personal finance solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, from evaluation to application. In this dynamic role, you'll receive comprehensive training on mortgage-specific systems and work towards obtaining your NMLS licenses. Utilizing your consultative sales skills and mortgage expertise, you'll guide clients through the process of obtaining residential HELOCs and other mortgage products.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the application process.
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary information for approval.
Navigate various mortgage sales platforms and systems throughout the end-to-end process.
Maintain consistent communication with clients and third-party vendors, providing ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.
Obtain and maintain state mortgage licenses within the required timeframe.
Qualifications
Residency in Arizona.
Active NMLS license or eligibility for reactivation.
Willingness to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
