What You'll Do

Manage and Organize: Handle mortgage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Communicate Clearly: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to resolve any questions and keep the process moving smoothly.

Review Documentation: Order and assess credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and other necessary documents.

Stay in the Loop: Keep all parties updated on the status of applications to ensure timely closings.

Evaluate Applications: Assess income, assets, and credit profiles to determine borrower eligibility.

Ensure Compliance: Make sure everything meets company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Solve Problems: Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the mortgage process.

What You Bring

Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or similar role.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of mortgage loan products, procedures, and regulations.

Skills: Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with mortgage loan origination software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
