SALES POSITIONS : Water Treatment, Pit Lining, and Poly Pipe

INDUSTRY: Oil & Gas Services

LOCATION: Midland; West Texas Area


CONTEXT: PRC Resources is actively looking to fill several sales positions. We are primarily seeking candidates with extensive experience in water management and a demonstrated track record in business development, specifically in providing solutions for water treatment, pit lining, and poly pipe systems.


This position is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting a comprehensive range of water treatment and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to develop long-term, positive relationships with customers while providing personable and good communication skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the water treatment and infrastructure sector.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, networking, and announcements to determine the market needed to sell company products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
  • Bring opportunities to a successful conclusion by coordinating the requirements, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts as necessary.
  • Work collectively with various departments on the execution of proposals, contract negotiations, customer sales orders, customer service including but not limited to invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Research the industry and competition to ensure the company is capitalizing on all potential market opportunities.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build/maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify all challenges of the customer to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Function as a liaison between customers, operations, and other departments.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the water treatment or related industries.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of water treatment processes, pit lining, and poly pipe applications.
  • Ability to close deals, work independently and under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of oil and gas chemicals, brines, produced water, production chemistry, and water treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Problem solver with the ability to multi-task while using analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
