In this role, responsibilities include:

  • Expanding client base and nurturing relationships in designated markets through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Identifying and meeting with potential clients, utilizing cold calling techniques to initiate contact, and consistently achieving productivity targets.
  • Participating actively in team meetings to brainstorm ideas and contribute to business strategies.
  • Keeping clients informed about services and specific job orders, ensuring they receive exceptional support.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities to drive growth and expand industry vertical presence.
  • Developing a deep understanding of business operations and services to effectively support business objectives.
  • Maintaining meticulous accuracy in client documentation to uphold quality standards.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, cold calling techniques, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience, particularly within the staffing industry.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 15%) to support client acquisition and business development efforts.
  • This role offers a dynamic environment where proactive engagement and adaptability are key to professional growth and success.


**Remote position with frequent travel and onsite presence in Raleigh, NC area
