National Client Relations Director

***Hybrid Role*** (75% Travel Required)



Key Responsibilities:


· Oversee client relations at the national level, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.

· Prepare data and presentations for organizational-level clinical and operational reviews.

· Coordinate and host monthly/quarterly meetings with parent organizations and key partners to review performance and strategize growth opportunities.

· Supervise CRS team, working closely with Business Development and Directors of Operations to meet market needs effectively.

· Manage CRS marketing efforts and materials, developing strategies for client relations to maintain contracts, client satisfaction, and retention.

· Track and monitor retention of contracts

· Work with national, regional and state operational team members to ensure plans are being executed on and results are being tracked.

· Maintain points of contact for organizations to manage customer concerns and needs effectively.

· Establish budgets and product needs in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Work with Marketing and Branding teams to ensure alignment with company initiatives and maintain brand focus.

· Ensure utilization and education of Aarista tools and resources in the field.

· Develop and roll out new initiatives to support client retention and growth across markets.


Requirements:


· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· Proven experience in client relations management at a national level, preferably in the post-acute healthcare industry.

· Ability to travel as needed.

· Strong understanding of post-acute healthcare space and market dynamics.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience in preparing and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.

· Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute client retention strategies
