Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving revenue and referral goals within the assigned region (National) and local territory if applicable.
Cultivate partnerships with national accounts, regional accounts, and key accounts including insurance Disability Carriers, MGA’s, Third Party Administrators, government entities, law firms, and self-insured employers.
Close new programmatic sales including SIU, Fraud Abatement, Compliance, Investigative Services, and Vendor Management. Customization of programs may be necessary for optimal client satisfaction.
Prospect for new accounts using personal working relationships and via specific lists of customers. Utilize other tools such as Seamless AI, LinkedIn, and the internet to identify targets and cultivate relationships.
Build a consistent pipeline of companies, contacts, and deals within Hubspot CRM. Track deal progress, develop account strategy and consistently outreach to prospects utilizing HubSpot.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance of programmatic accounts to drive sales and achieve service level goals.
Work with the regional Sales Executives to achieve regional revenue goals with programmatic accounts in their assigned territories.
Strategically deploy resources including Sales Executives to drive continued sales revenue within national accounts.
Collaborate with the Client Success Managers to ensure optimal service levels including case coverage, case quality and outstanding communication.
Attend Industry Conferences as needed.
Participate with Marketing initiatives regarding messaging and targeting criteria.
Participate in annual budgeting process in conjunction with an annual strategic sales plan.
Assist in the creation of email sequences and targeted communication to increase leads and increase brand awareness.
Communicate regularly with SVP of Sales on targets, revenue, and strategy to achieve specific goals and grow the business.
Perform research and identify new potential customer and new market opportunities.
Close national new business deals from inception through negotiation to contract completion.
Travel, network and make profitable business deals.
Create, implement and present effective sales presentations.
Develop and manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed established targets.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
