The New Business Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing strategies that drive new business growth. This role involves managing the organization's marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to achieve its business objectives.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field: From an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create compelling content that resonates with prospects.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in supporting sales teams with effective tools and content.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail Oriented: Ensures accuracy in documentation, data, and content creation.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with using various marketing and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, RollWorks, ClickUp, and LinkedIn.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions

Qualifications Preferred (not Required)

  • Knowledge of Managed Services or IT field
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design (Canva)
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing
