Client: IBX (Independence Blue Cross)

Job Title: NG Test Lead

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Work Mode: Hybrid 3X per week

Contract Length: 6-month contract w/ renewals

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of critical healthcare workflows, including enrollment, benefits, billing, and claims (local and ITS).
  • Utilize domain knowledge to drive efficient and effective testing strategies
  • Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive test plans for healthcare-related systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with project timelines and objectives
  • Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and results to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to multiple team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance testing environment
  • Make informed decisions to ensure the overall quality and reliability of healthcare systems



Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.
  • Experience with the healthcare domain on critical workflows (enrollment, benefits, billing, and claims (local and ITS)).
  • Experience with test coordination
  • Experience giving direction to multiple team members
  • Ability to make decisions on testing scope
  • Ability to coordinate with business partners, operations teams, vendor partners, and development teams
  • Blue Card experience (preferred, not required)
