Job Title: Numerical Control Programmer 4 Location: Tukwila, WA Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, strong attention to details and complete understanding of every aspect of the part.
Establishes technical requirements to determine producibility and manufacturing process.
Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.
Collaborate with Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering as necessary to ensure a quality NC program prior to part fabrication.
Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment
Ability to work independently and under minimal direction.
8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in CAD/CAM software (preferred CATIA, Vericut simulation)

Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
