As the Nursing Director of Labor Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to expectant mothers and their babies. Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the labor delivery department, ensuring the delivery of safe and evidence-based care to expectant mothers and newborns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the labor delivery unit
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, implement quality improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and development among staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

To earn a fast interview please highlight if you have:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas ( or willingness to obtain )
  • Clinical experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of labor and delivery practices, regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
