Sanhua is looking for an OEM Account Manager to join our team. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.
The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.They will be able to identify areas of growth and development to execute a plan and secure new business.
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
Understand and communicate customers’ demands, roadblocks, and growth targets to appropriate team members and develop plan to satisfy customers’ requests
Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services
Work with customers’ engineering, marketing, and sourcing teams to ensure the products meet the specifications and support in solving problems with product usag
Collaborate with CSRs and other team members to encourage and facilitate seamless customer engagement and interaction with the customers
Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Develop and nurture strong direct customer contacts and positive and proactive relationships with all levels of strategic OEM customers
Develop and manage customer profiles, competitor profiles, market intelligence information, and routinely report to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field
3 years of experience focused in HVAC and/or related industries required, OEM sales experience strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with salesforce software preferred
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
50%+ travel is required
