The Work
The OEM Dealer Development Manager is tasked with boosting sales of OEM branded products across both existing and new dealerships within the OEM retailer network. Ideally this role is located in Eastern Ontario.

The Work
The OEM Dealer Development Manager is tasked with boosting sales of OEM branded products across both existing and new dealerships within the OEM retailer network. Ideally this role is located in Eastern Ontario.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships and enhance product sales with OEM retailers within the designated territory.
- Collaborate closely with the OEM field team to oversee and evaluate the performance of OEM retailers effectively.
- Implement performance management strategies to ensure each retailer achieves the required OEM penetration targets for each product.
- Facilitate performance and reward reporting with individual retailers in the territory to track progress and incentivize achievement.
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships to sustain and elevate the level of performance in existing business relationships.
- Provide support to dealerships to enhance their overall profitability and operational efficiency.
- Aid dealerships in improving productivity and performance across all aspects of their operations.
- Support the implementation of mandatory OEM certification and training programs to ensure that all retailers are up to date with their learning journeys.
- Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness Group to conduct quarterly business reviews for active dealerships in the territory, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.

- Performance: Holds a proven track record of achieving financial objectives in a B2B sales role within the automotive industry, consistently ranking as a top performer.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in interpreting performance data and leveraging insights to drive month-over-month growth and success.
- 5+ years of automotive rep experience
- Experience travelling for work
- F&I experience preferred
- Ability to maturely manage ambiguity
- Demonstrated past performance in a challenging automotive sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of driving performance in an indirect sales structure
- Winning mindset on a team - setting pace and setting an example on a team
- Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
- Post-secondary education required
- Willingness to complete requisite licensing programs (as applicable)
