Join our client, an established law firm in Washington, DC, as an Office Administrator! Ideal candidates possess 7+ years of relevant experience, tech proficiency, and exceptional professionalism. If this sounds like you, apply today!

About the Job:

  • Create, update, and maintain firm-wide policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for office supply orders and serve as the point of contact for vendors and benefits brokers.
  • Manage client invoicing and payment processes, as well as weekly payroll.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee leave and in-office schedules.
  • Develop employee engagement opportunities to bolster firm culture.
  • Complete additional special projects and tasks as needed.

About You:

  • 7+ years of relevant office administration experience within a professional services environment is required.
  • Experience handling client billing/invoicing and tracking payments is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required; experience with ADP is helpful.
  • Highly professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Position:

  • $90K-$100K (DOE) with annual bonus!
  • Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm.
  • Hybrid schedule, working 3 days/week on-site.
  • Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
