About The Role
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for managing our front desk daily and will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be responsible for greeting our customers and being the first point of contact for our business.

As an office administrator, you will be responsible for managing our front desk daily and will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be responsible for greeting our customers and being the first point of contact for our business.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Answer visitor's queries, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
- Transfer calls as necessary.
- Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems.
- Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
- Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
- Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years experience as a receptionist / front desk executive / Office assistant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for outside office activities (i.e. Shipping, Pick-ups / Deliveries)
