As an Office & Culture Manager at Advocate Construction, you will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. You will oversee administrative functions, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The Office & Culture Manager is a crucial point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners.
Responsibilities: Administrative Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance; liaise with vendors and suppliers.
Communication And Correspondence
Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries. Draft and edit documents, memos, and reports.
Facility Management
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.
Coordinate office moves, space planning, and maintenance activities.
Financial Administration
Track expenses and assist with budget monitoring.
Deposit checks from Mortgage companies & homeowners daily
Team Support
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Google Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in office management or administration.
