Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is accountable for effectively coordinating work between the corporate office and store personnel.
Responsibilities
Monitor inventory and place non-medical supply orders for stores and corporate office
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support team members with various tasks, including administrative clerical and errands
Responsible for organization and tidiness of Corporate Office including filing, storage, and ongoing maintenance.
Prepare and monitor conference area during meetings and franchise discovery days
Sourcing and contracting temporary labor for location maintenance and repair.
Reception area communication duties
Requirements
1-2 years of administrative, facilities, or office experience; preference for exposure to a busy environment
Knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently
Ability to move around and lift items up to 30 pounds
Must have a positive and professional demeanor
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
