Responsibilities Include:
Greet clients and answer phones
Organize and distribute mail
Manage vendor relationships and order supplies
Oversee conference room schedule
Plan and execute logistics for events and meetings
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior reception experience in a professional office setting
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented approach
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
